We knew Freo's finals hope hinged on an unlikely home win over the Lions, and unfortunately, the Dockers (without some key players) just couldn't get the job done. Well, here we are. (And thats not because of the size of the SCG. Wed obviously have more faith in Carlton beating Fremantle this week if they dont play it in Perth, but theyve won three consecutive meetings against the Dockers including two in WA anyway, so it remains possible.
